After a short talk about camera settings and techniques we will head into the gardens to put the theory into practice.
The course will cover basic camera controls and operation, understanding exposure, ISO, shutter speeds, apertures, exposure compensation. and how to use these settings to improve the image.
Students will learn about depth of field and how to control it to improve their photos.
Use shutter speed to freeze movement
We will also consider subject selection, composition, lens choice and any problems / queries that participants may have.
Students will be able to test some of my accessories and Cannon users will have a chance to use some of my L series lenses.
Please bring your own camera and instruction manual.
